In order to support our customers in Europe, we have established a laboratory in Hamburg with state-of-the-art testing facilities
for ball bearing investigation. Our engineering capability is directed towards satisfying customers' expectations.
Our service is available for the following areas:
technical analyses, including research and development
product analyses and calculations for complete applications
engineering proposals for development of new products and
metallographic investigations.
Our laboratory resource enables us to create efficient customized solutions as well as to provide advice and support for the testing and assembly of our products.
We work closely with our various suppliers as well as with many renowned international institutes and universities.
In addition we offer further services regarding rolling bearings to our European customers in our production and service branch office in
Veitshöchheim, near Würzburg.
The range of services presently includes:
remounting of anti-friction bearings
cleaning and lubrication of ball bearings in clean room conditions
fabrication and assembly of special shields and seals
machining of high-efficiency synthetics for special ball bearing retainers
customer-specific process monitoring and control
