History

1984	Mr. Hu Xiangen, the President of our Group, started to produce miniature ball bearings in a small workshop in Ningbo on the east coast of China.
1986	Cixing Group Co., Ltd. built a first and temporarily factory for the production of ball bearings in Ningbo Cixing.
1990	Cixing Group Co., Ltd. established a new and the today´s factory for the production of ball bearings in Ningbo Cixing. Our corporate headquarters was also established in Ningbo at this time.
1994	Cixing Group Co., Ltd. expanded its production in Xunlei for the manufacturing of deep groove ball bearings.
	Under the responsibility of Lirong Hu, the Managing Director, CW Bearing USA, Inc. in Tustin (CA) and Midland (NC) was founded. The company provides sales, logistics, service, and engineering to North America.
1996	Under the responsibility of Sun Lie, the General Director, CW Bearing GmbH was founded in Hamburg (Germany). The company serves the entire European market for sales, logistics, service and engineering.
	Cixing Group Co., Ltd. has been certified according to ISO 9002.
2000	Cixing Group Co., Ltd has been additionally certified according to QS 9000.
2001	Cixing Group Co., Ltd. applied successfully for ISO 9001:2000 certificate by DQS.
2002	Cixing Group Co., Ltd. opened a factory in Shanghai Zhonglong. Number of employees exceeded 2.000 people. The CW technology center was founded in Shanghai, too.
	CW Bearing GmbH Hamburg opened their subsidiary in Annone di Brianza (Lecco), Italy to serve the Italian market.
2004	Cixing Group Co., Ltd. applied successfully for DQS Certificate ISO/TS 16949:2002 and TS 14001:2004.
	Cixing Group Co., Ltd. opened their own plant for the production of cages in Shanghai..
2007	Cixing Group Co., Ltd. started a new production for deep groove ball bearings in Jiaxing.
	Shanghai Zhonglong Bearing Co., Ltd. expanded significantly their production capacity.
	CW Bearing GmbH Hamburg opened the new Sales and Service Office in Paulinia (SP), Brasil to serve Latin-American market.
2008	Cixing Group Co., Ltd. started their production for components for deep groove ball bearings in Qidong.
2010	CW Bearing GmbH established a production and service branch office in Veitshöchheim, near Würzburg.
